A qualified and accredited artisan cutler, François Panzani is a member of the Sindicatu di i Cultellaghji Corsi. Following training at ‘Févre Taillandier Coutelier’, he acquired the necessary expertise to craft blades and thus produce his own knives entirely in-house, without any subcontracting.
