The east coast boasts extensive and varied woodland.
The Pinia Forest, which borders Ghisonaccia beach, is one of Corsica’s last remaining maritime pine forests. In this natural area covering more than 400 hectares, you can admire endemic flora and fauna, including a number of protected species.
The forest stretches northwards as far as the Urbinu pond.
In these small pine groves, find a spot sheltered from the sun in summer and enjoy a family picnic!
